Filled with natural cherry stones.

Spot clean the cover when needed. Do not soak the heat pack.

Allow the pack to cool fully before storing.

Suitable for gentle warmth, relaxation, and everyday comfort.

Heat in the microwave at 400 W for 2 minutes first. If needed, continue heating in short 15–30 second intervals.

Place the heat pack flat on the microwave turntable and spread the filling evenly before heating.

Check the temperature before placing on skin. Do not use if too hot.

Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating or storing.

For cold use, place in the freezer for around 30 minutes.Inspect the fabric and seams before each use. Do not use if damaged.Contains cherry stones. Keep away from small children and use only under adult supervision.
